Acting as residential architects and project managers, we were commissioned to undertake a full feasibility study, concept design, and construction documentation for this impressive home. Surrounded by mature trees, the property sits comfortably within its prestigious neighbourhood, delivering an enduring sense of place and proportion.
From Feasibility to Construction
Our architects collaborated closely with the developer from the earliest design stages through to on-site delivery. We produced detailed technical drawings, coordinated design packages, and managed communication across consultants to ensure accuracy and buildability.
