We read your enquiry properly and reply by phone or email, whichever suits you. You will hear from a person who has actually read it, not an automated acknowledgement.
We ask about the property
What the building is, what you would like to achieve, and the timescale you have in mind. If there is a budget you need to stay inside, this is the point to say so.
We come and see it
Where it helps, we arrange a call or a visit so we can see the site for ourselves. Photographs and floor plans only tell you so much; orientation, levels and what sits next door tell you the rest.
We talk through the stages
From the design brief and concept design through planning and technical drawings to construction, so you can see what the whole job involves before you commit to any of it. Our project management page sets the same ground out in full.
We put it in writing
If the project is a good fit, we agree a brief with you and set the work and the fee out in writing before anything starts. Nothing begins on a handshake and a hope.
