Based in the Surrey Hills, our RIBA-chartered team of architects, designers, and project managers bring together experience, creativity, and precision. We collaborate closely to deliver residential architecture, planning, and building project management across Surrey, Guildford, Cobham, Dorking, Esher, Oxshott, and the Cotswolds. Each team member plays a vital role in turning ideas into well-crafted, technically accurate designs that enhance homes and landscapes.

Nick leads the practice, combining experience from leading London and Surrey studios with a passion for detail and design excellence. His leadership ensures that every project benefits from creative input and technical rigour. Alongside him, Oliver and Eleanore work as project architects, specialising in residential design, extensions, and listed building projects.
Their work covers all stages, from early technical drawings and concept development to building project management and final handover. Each brings a client-focused, practical approach, ensuring projects run efficiently and meet planning, design, and construction requirements. Together, the directors and architects oversee every scheme with accuracy and accountability, maintaining Morph’s reputation for design integrity and professional delivery.
Supporting the architectural team, Tammy, Katie, and Miguel contribute technical skill and creative insight across a wide range of projects. Their combined experience covers sustainable design, refurbishment, and detailed interior architecture. Working alongside the senior architects, they help transform design concepts into fully resolved technical drawings ready for construction.
Their roles as residential architects and refurbishment architects ensure that sustainability, practicality, and planning compliance remain central to each project. From home extensions and new builds to conservation work and interior detailing, the team’s attention to precision and material selection helps maintain consistent design quality. This collaboration between architects and designers strengthens every project, providing clients with a complete service from initial sketches to on-site delivery.
Behind the scenes, Charlie manages studio operations, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently. Her understanding of design workflow and building project management makes her integral to maintaining productivity and client satisfaction.
Meanwhile, Willow and Winston our honorary team mascots bring calm and balance to the creative environment, reminding us daily of the importance of space and perspective. Together, the studio runs as a cohesive unit, combining technical expertise with a friendly, collaborative spirit. It’s this environment that allows Morph Design Studio to deliver projects that are carefully planned, well-managed, and executed with precision across Surrey, the Surrey Hills, and the Cotswolds.
Nick studied Architecture at London Southbank University, followed by Kingston University. Having completed his studies, he worked at prestigious London and Surrey Architectural Practices leaving his most recent Director position to start Morph Design Studio Ltd in 2020.
Nick has a passion for detail and for creating light-filled homes whose identities are shaped by the experiences of those who commission them and the context to which they are set.
A career highlight for Nick was back in 2011, when he was chosen as part of a select team to design the Pont Rouge Business Centre, Geneva.
Working in a creative studio in the Surrey Hills, Nick strives to deliver projects that enhance the landscape and push the boundaries of design and function.
Away from the studio, Nick’s days revolve around his family, motorsport and golf.
Tammy recently joined Morph Design Studio as an Architectural Designer, bringing a wealth of expertise to the team. Tammy has extensive experience in the residential sector, spanning large-scale estates to bespoke one-off homes. Tammy’s passion for design shines through her collaborative approach, working closely with clients to craft tailored design solutions that meet their unique needs.
Outside the office, Tammy embraces her South African roots, chasing the sun and enjoying outdoor adventures with her family. Whether exploring the Surrey Hills on a run or soaking up nature, she thrives in the great outdoors.
After studying at Kingston University and London Metropolitan University, Oliver from University of Westminster. He has worked across all stages, focusing primarily on residential projects and listed buildings. Bringing a wealth of experience from past projects, Oliver thrives working closely with clients to understand and develop their ideas, exploring detailed design and instilling sustainability.
Outside of work, Oliver can be found on a squash court or travelling around the world, enjoying Architecture through sketching and photography.
Duce studied Architecture at the University of Westminster and Oxford Brookes University. Over the course of his career, he has developed a wealth of experience across a range of sectors. He has a particular focus on architectural detailing, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and quality.
Recently joining Morph Design Studio as a Senior Architect, Duce continues to build on his extensive experience, contributing his technical expertise and design insight to deliver thoughtful, high-quality architectural solutions.
With a strong interest in energy-efficient and sustainable design, Duce is committed to creating spaces that are both functional and environmentally responsible. His approach combines technical excellence with creative vision, resulting in buildings that perform as beautifully as they look.
Outside of architecture, Duce enjoys visiting art galleries, travelling, exploring local parks and the countryside, and the occasional trip to the cinema.
Charlie joined as our Studio Manager, taking on the role of the ‘go-to’ person to help drive the business as well as support and manage operations. An integral part of Charlie’s role is to resource plan and manage workflow, optimising team, and individual capacity/utilisation, ensuring work is delivered on time, and ultimately to client satisfaction. She joins with over 15 years experience working in prime residential estate agency, with a keen interest in following design projects all the way from brief/concept to delivery. A creative thinker at heart, Charlie is a proactive problem-solver who has a real drive and passion for client care and efficiency.
In her spare time, Charlie is passionate about the Surrey Hills; regularly exploring the area with her dogs, as well as an obligatory trip to Badminton Horse Trials each year.
Miguel joined Morph Design Studio in 2022 as a Part II Architectural Assistant. He completed his academic training at University of Kent and Kingston University, where he gained experience in multiple disciplines in graphics, casting, steel welding, model making and print making. Prior to joining Morph, Miguel acquired valuable experience within the residential sector; working on high-end residential and commercial projects across London and the UK.
Outside of working hours, Miguel is very active with his fitness, he enjoys craft making and capturing an essence of character with portrait photography.
Katie joined Morph Design Studio in 2023 after completing her architectural studies at the University of Bath. Completing a Passivhaus Designer qualification, she focuses on environmental and low-carbon design as a Part II Architectural Assistant. Katie has worked mostly in the residential sector and on listed buildings and has additional experience working within a construction company.
Katie enjoys drawing, painting, reading and catching up on TV in her spare time. She likes to keep active outdoors and to take care of her houseplants and terrariums – her collection totalling around 100!
A new addition to the studio, Willow brings energy and enthusiasm to the team. Working well with Winston, she is a dab hand at finding natural light spots and clearing any unwanted snacks.
Both Willow and Winston enjoy their breaks, exploring the local heath or chasing tennis balls in the garden.
Alongside Nick, Winston has been here since the beginning. He brings calm to the studio, ensuring focus is maintained on productivity in the workplace.
With a keen interest in interior design, he regularly surveys the office for the best sunlight throughout the day, closing his eyes for contemplation.
