Bevel Extension, Elmbridge
A stunning example of how the feel of a property can be completely transformed when a modern addition is introduced.
We were tasked with obtaining planning, then works started which involved removing the existing garage wall for construction and later reinstating, and construction of the extension itself. Full-height glazing spanned the perimeter of the new kitchen/breakfast room, joining the main house via glass link.
One limitation was the lack of roof light in the extension, so the large format bevel profile was introduced to guide as much natural light as possible into the space. We are immensely proud of the result.
