Planning had been granted for a modern three-storey family home in a prime residential Cobham location.

Morph entered the fold once planning had been granted by the local authority and we played an integral role in preparing detailed drawings for construction.

Our mandate was to gain an understanding of the proposed structure and landscape, whilst working closely with consultants and our client to develop specific details, ensuring the classical style came to fruition. This in turn allowed the property to be marketed and in turn, sold to an end-user.
